I sell many carts in a nearby mobile home development, called Betmar Acres. Its located just one mile away from my shop and I have many customers visiting my shop (daily) from this massive development. Let me tell you a little bit about my neighbor, Betmar Acres Mobile Home Park...
Betmar Acres had a very enterprising beginning of: one clubhouse, a shuffle court, and a three par golf course. This was back in 1966 when the park comprised 200 acres of farmland along Highway 54. Since that date, Betmar Acres Mobile Home Park has grown to include three busy clubhouses, 24 shuffle courts, 3 par 3-4 executive golf courses ...and more. The last count we know of puts Betmar Acres at 1670 homes contained within 445 acres.
Cool historical note: The Betmar part of the name is a combination of, Betty and Mary, the names of the wives of the original partners/owners.

The Betmar Acres Golf Club/27 hole Executive Course features all the hallmarks of Florida golf. Betmar Acres Golf Club is a private golf course and does not offer online tee times to the general public. The 9-hole "Blue" golf course opened in 1985. The 9-hole "White" course opened in 1990. The 9-hole "Gold" course opened in 1995.
Amenities*: 27 hole Executive golf course, golf club house, swimming pool, three clubhouses, game room (pool, table tennis and board games), gazebo area (with miniature golf, croquet, bocce ball, and a basketball hoop), covered shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, lighted walking paths, bridges, fishing ponds, a library and co-operative security (including night time roaming).
